A new type of pressure cooker has been created for ergonomic reasons: SPEED COOK. This model allows one-handed opening and closing. This system is safer than the pressure cooker with a clamp because a mechanism blocks the opening when the pressure cooker is under pressure.

The operation of this pressure cooker is as follows: the jaws are attached to two springs. A simple click on the central button releases the two jaws which close on the groove located at the top of the tank. The lid is trapped on the tank.
 
When the tank heats up, a locking finger locks the lid open. As long as the vessel is under pressure, the lid is locked. At the end of the cooking process, when the pressure is reduced, the locking finger releases the lid. The jaws can be opened by pressing the opening button.
